La llei de la vivenda
Bones a tots,
La llei de la vivenda que el Govern vol i pot aprovar fa una mica de por. La veig com a mínim mal definida. Entenc (realment ho entenc, perquè m'acabo de comprar un pis) que la vivenda està molt i molt difícil i que no hi ha manera de fer baixar els pisos o de disposar d'una borsa de pisos de lloguer.
De veritat que ho entenc. Ara, el que no puc entendre és que es crei una llei que el que fa és penalitzar als propietaris de pisos i no als especuladors, perquè de fet els dona la mateixa cobertura.
Entenc que si tens dos pisos en la mateixa ciutat i un està buit, t'incitin a posar-lo en lloguer o a vendre'l però no que t'hi obliguin. Poden pujar-te l'IBI de manera bestial per tots aquells que tinguin més d'una vivenda a la mateixa població i així els forces a que venguin o lloguin el pis sense directament obligar-los.
No hem d'oblidar que vivim en una societat capitalista, és a dir, una societat en la qual la propietat privada és essencial i per tant, aprovar aquesta llei l'únic que fa és desposseir de drets als propietaris d'immobles. És com si per alimentar els que no tenen res per menjar ens prenguessin tot el que tenim al rebost menys el que menjarem avui. Llavors, per què ens forcen a comprar, a consumir, si després no hem de tenir cap dret sobre el que consumim?
El que més em mata és que amb aquesta llei s'ampara legalment l'ocupació. No tinc res en contra d'aquest col·lectiu però no pots amparar que si tu tens una casa buida (per la raó que sigui) si te l'ocupen tu no hi tens cap dret.
A tot això... si el problema real és que els preus de la vivenda són alts i es vol forçar als especuladors a vendre, la solució no passaria primer per impedir la construcció de noves vivendes fins que totes les vivendes d'una població estiguin ocupades? La solució no seria forçar al constructor a vendre els pisos que reté i no posa al mercat per tal d'inflar els preus dels pisos que li queden a que els vengui o els llogui?
Si comencem així, també caldrà limitar el nombre de metres quadrats que es puguin posseir, el nombre de cotxes, i de places d'aparcament, el nombre d'àpats que es fan al dia...
Mala consciència d'alguns o una solució tan mal pensada com la sisena hora?
